50 Hudson Yards continues to climb toward its 1,011-foot-tall parapet in Midtown. Designed by Norman Foster of Foster + Partners, the steel superstructure is covered in safety netting as it rises up around the reinforced concrete core. The 2.9-million-square-foot commercial project is developed by Oxford Properties and Mitsui Fudosan and is the final component in first phase of Related Companies‘ 28-acre Hudson Yards master plan.
Excavation has begun at 208 Delancey Street, the site of a 119-foot-tall, 11-story residential development on the Lower East Side. Located near the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge between Pitt Street and Ridge Street, the 80,200-square-foot project is designed by ODA Architecture and developed by New Empire Real Estate Development, with Shiming Tam Architect as the architect of record. The building will contain 69 condominium units averaging 854 square feet apiece.
Developers behind a sprawling mixed-use community in The Bronx recently secured an $18.85 million injection from Meridian Capital Group, one of the largest mortgage brokerage firms in the United States. The funding is specifically allocated to facilitate the construction of a new building at 2475 Exterior Street located along the Harlem River, immediately south of the Alexander Hamilton Bridge.

Located at the intersection of Rutland Road and Albany Avenue, the corner lot is near the Sterling Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Exterior work has wrapped up on 111 Leroy Street, a ten-story residential development in the West Village. Designed by Workshop/APD and developed by Property Markets Group, the project is composed of nine full-floor condominiums, called The Residences, and five adjacent single-family townhouses, called The Houses. Douglas Elliman is in charge of marketing and sales of the 14 units.
