Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $73,715 to $165,230.
Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 1710 84th Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Located between 17th Avenue and Bay 16th Street, the lot is near the 18th Avenue subway station, serviced by the D trains. Igor Nestor under the WNS Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction has topped out on 250 East 83rd Street, a 31-story residential building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by The Torkian Group, the 370-foot-tall structure will yield 128 residential units with interiors by Lemay_id, as well as ground-floor retail space. Cauldwell Wingate Company is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Second Avenue and East 83rd Street.
Construction is closing in on the final floors of 300 East 83rd Street, a 22-story residential building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) has selected a trio of companies to convert an existing parking lot into a low income housing property for seniors and the formerly homeless. Located at 542 Dean Street in Prospect Heights, transformation of the city-owned lot will be led by Jobe Development Corp., Mega Group Development, and the Institute for Community Living, a non-profit agency based in New York.
