Known as Linwood Park Apartments, the ten-story building contains 100 units of mixed-income housing, residential amenities, and supportive facilities for low-income and formerly homeless residents.
Permits have been filed for a 43-story mixed-use tower at 355 Exterior Street in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Located off the Major Deegan Expressway between the 145th Street Bridge and Madison Avenue Bridge, the interior lot borders the Harlem River. Nearby transit includes the 138 Street – Grand Concourse subway station, serviced by the 4 and 5 trains and the 149 Street – Grand Concourse station, which is also serviced by the 2 train. The Lightstone Group under the 355 Exterior Street Associates LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 104-16 Tuckerton Street in Jamaica, Queens. Located at the intersection of Tuckerton Street and Liberty Avenue, the corner lot is three blocks away from the Jamaica Center – Parsons/Archer subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Tejpal Sandhu under the Liberty Tuck NY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The first renderings have appeared online for Kohn Pedersen Fox‘s planned 925,630-square-foot supertall at 343 Madison Avenue in Midtown East. While the full presentation from early September has yet to be posted online in spite of the city’s allegedly transparent public hearing process, YIMBY Forumer rgarri has created our own look at the tower and its future position on the Midtown skyline among other supertalls also in the planning stages.
New York Blood Center recently announced plans to expand its existing headquarters at 310 East 67th Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Renderings from Ennead Architects offer a first look at the “Center East” project, which includes the replacement of the Blood Center’s existing property with a 16-story mixed-use tower.
