Designed by GF55 Partners and developed by Bluestone Organization and The First Presbyterian Church of Jamaica, the 213,705-square-foot development is being built to Passive House standards. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 174 units for residents at 50 to 120 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $25,372 to $169,200.
Construction has topped out on 150 East 78th Street, a 16-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Developed by Midwood Investment & Development and EJS Group and designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects with Ismael Leyva Architects as executive architect and residential layout designer, the 205-foot-tall property will yield 25 units ranging from three- to five-bedroom condominiums. Sales have launched and are being handled by Compass Development Marketing Group.
Exterior work is nearing completion on 120 Water Street, a slender 28-story tower that will house a Hotel Indigo in the Financial District. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architects and developed by Atlas Hospitality, the 52,000-square-foot structure will yield 28 rooms managed by Fortuna Realty Group. The site is located along Water Street between Pine and Wall Streets, and is tightly wedged between two abutting buildings.
