Designed by Marvel Architects, the 27-story building is located at 662 Pacific Street and offers collection of 312 mixed-income apartments, amenity spaces, and ample outdoor space.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2621 Grand Avenue in University Heights, The Bronx. Located between West 192nd Street and West Kingsbridge Road, the lot is two blocks west of the Kingsbridge Road subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Franc Gjini of 2625 Grand Avenue Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Exterior work is wrapping up on The Hendrix, a 41-story residential tower at 331 Marin Boulevard in downtown Jersey City‘s Powerhouse Arts District. Designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve and developed by The Albanese Group, the 400-foot-tall structure will yield 482 units, 121 parking spaces, a 125-seat theater, and 14,000 square feet of amenities. Hatfield Group is the façade consultant for the project, which is alternately addressed as 184 Morgan Street and is bound by Marin Boulevard to the east, Morgan Street to the south, Grove Street to the west, and Bay Street to the north.
This week Tishman Speyer and Irvine Company revealed the next phase of renovations and capital improvements at the historic MetLife Building, with new food and beverage options set to debut in 2023. Located at 200 Park Avenue in Midtown East, Manhattan, the building’s new dining options will include the iconic Capital Grille, organic and fair-trade café Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee, Black Seed Bagels, as well as a pop-up run by Talea Beer Co., a woman-owned brewery based in Brooklyn.
