New Renderings Of Three-Towered Waterline Square, Upper West Side

General Investment & Development Companies (GID) is rebranding their three-tower mixed-use development — between West 59th and 61st streets and Freedom Place South and Riverside Boulevard, in Lincoln Square (which is technically south of the Upper West Side) — as Waterline Square. Updated renderings have been released of the towers, per Curbed NY, each of which has been designed by different architects.

Four-Story, Nine-Unit Residential Expansion Project Filed at 891 Willoughby Avenue, Bushwick

A Brooklyn-based property owner has filed applications to redevelop the two-story townhouse at 891 Willoughby Avenue, in eastern Bushwick, into a four-story, nine-unit residential building. The expanded structure will measure 8,975 square feet and the residential units should average 867 square feet apiece. Based on the size of the apartments and location, family-sized rentals are likely in the works. Grigori Zinkevitch’s Queens-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The lot, located three blocks from the Myrtle Avenue stop on the J and M trains, is 37 feet wide and measures 3,563 square feet.


New Look: 40-Story Residential Tower at 532 Neptune Avenue in Coney Island

Cammeby’s is building a massive mixed-use project next to the Trump Village co-ops on Coney Island. The development, called Neptune/Sixth, has grabbed headlines because it includes a 40-story residential tower that will eventually replace Trump Village Shopping Center. Today, YIMBY has the first detailed images of the 430-foot-tall skyscraper at 532 Neptune Avenue and its accompanying office and retail buildings.

Six-Story, 10-Unit Residential Building Filed at 42-18 147th Street, East Flushing

Flushing-based Success Team Realty has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit residential building at 42-18 147th Street, in East Flushing. The project will measure 9,081 square feet and its residential units should average 734 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng’s Maspeth-based Architects Studio is the architect of record. The new building will replace a two-story rowhouse. The lot the existing structure is on measures 21 feet wide and its area is 2,445 square feet. Demolition permits haven’t been filed. The Long Island Rail Road’s Murray Hill station is five blocks away.
