Seven-Story Mixed-Use Building Revealed At 840 Fulton Street, Clinton Hill

Applications have recently been approved by the DOB for a seven-story, 39-unit mixed-use building at 840 Fulton Street, in southern Clinton Hill, and now Brownstoner has the reveal for the Kutnicki Bernstein-designed project. The Daten Group is developing, and the 20,755 square-foot building will include 1,400 square feet of retail on the ground floor. The existing gas station was approved for demolition in May.

Dominick D’Erasmo, an executive at Pandora Inc., has filed applications for a five-story, three-unit residential building at the vacant lot at 136 Ainslie Street, in eastern Williamsburg. Residences will measure an average 1,170 square feet and will start on the second floor, with the fourth and fifth floors housing a single penthouse unit.
