Though lacking a specific address, the structures rise from a six-story podium that sits directly to the east of what appears to be the elevated Harlem-125th Street station on the Metro-North Railroad, putting the site at the intersection of Park Avenue and East 125th Street.

Designed by Gene Kaufman Architect and developed by Sam Chang, the 45-story building will yield a total of 142,949 square feet and 508 rooms.
