Leasing is beginning this week for The Enclave, aka 675 Monmouth Street, an upcoming six-story rental property on the border of Jersey City and Hoboken. BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Company, and McKinney Properties are the three developers while The Marketing Directors is in charge of leasing and marketing for the property’s 260 residences.
The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation has revealed new renderings of Building 212, a five-story, mixed-use property within the expanding Navy Yard campus. In addition to manufacturing and office space, the 500,000-square-foot building will also house New York City’s first Wegmans supermarket.
Permits have been filed for a ten-story affordable housing building at 3401 3rd Avenue, between East 166th Street and East 167th Street in Morrisania, The Bronx. Comunilife, a non-profit organization that provides housing to homeless adults struggling with HIV/AIDS, serious mental and behavioral health issues, and other chronic medical conditions, is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Amidst the ongoing evolution of the Manhattan skyline, one of the most notable recent changes has been the completion of the Midtown East rezoning, which has already resulted in the rise of One Vanderbilt. Now, with 270 Park Avenue and other projects already on the development boards, Vornado and Rudin Management’s plans for 350 Park Avenue have been fully revealed, depicting yet another supertall that would rise almost 1,500 feet to its pinnacle. While the architect has not been confirmed, YIMBY is strongly suspicious that the design is by Foster + Partners, the firm responsible for the nearly-complete 425 Park Avenue.
New renderings have surfaced revealing a seven-story, 19-unit residential development at 3421 Glenwood Road in South Midwood, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect, the building will comprise 24,000 square feet. Additional components include ground-floor parking and a second-floor community facility.
