New renderings have arrived for 599 Courtlandt Avenue, a four-story, mixed-use building coming to The South Bronx. Designed by Urban Architectural Initiatives (UAI), the structure will contain 5,650 square feet of residential area with an additional 750 square feet of ground floor retail.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 1270 New York Avenue, in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is five blocks away from the Newkirk Avenue/Nostrand Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains, one stop away from the end of the line at Flatbush Avenue.
