Excavation and foundation work is underway at 64 University Place, the site of an 11-story residential building in Greenwich Village. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Bsafal, the 125-foot-tall, 55,000-square-foot structure will yield 28 condominium units with sales and marketing led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of the The Eklund ǀ Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, as well as a community facility and ground-floor retail space. SPACE Copenhagen is the interior designer, Deborah Nevins is the landscape designer, and CNY Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located between East 10th and East 11th Streets. Ancora Enginerring is the SOE and foundations  engineer and McNamara Salvia is the structural engineer.

Designed by Mancini Duffy and developed by Highland Development Ventures and The Davis Companies, the 223-foot-tall structure will yield 180,000 square feet with 6,300 storage units. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor and McNamara Salvia is the structural engineer for the property, which is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

Developed by Grubb Properties, the 311-foot-tall structure will yield 417 units with 124 dedicated to affordable housing, and 7,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space. 25-01 QPN Consigli Construction is the general contractor and King Contracting Group is installing all the brick and CMU for the property, which is located between Crescent and 27th Streets, directly adjacent to the elevated Queensboro Plaza station servicing the 7, N, and W trains.
