Gene Kaufman Architect, which took over from Nobutaka Ashihara Architects, is the architect of record and designing interiors as well. Lam Group is developing with The Rinaldi Group as the construction manager, the 165,655-square-foot structure will house a Courtyard by Marriott and a Residence Inn by Marriott with a total of 320 guest rooms.

Developed by Rockrose Development and designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by Slade Architecture, the building yields a total 123 rentals in a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are the 37 apartments at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging from $68,229 to $159,640.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission is now considering proposals to renovate the façade of a 19th century townhouse in the Central Park West Historic District of the Upper West Side. The property is located at 55 West 86th Street between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue, and was originally constructed in 1889.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 450 East 26th Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Newkirk Avenue and Foster Avenue, the lot is a few blocks east of the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Lexis Lopez of Joint Capital Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction still appears stalled at 45 Park Place, a 667-foot-tall residential skyscraper in Tribeca. Designed by SOMA Architects with Ismael Leyva Architects as the executive and residential architect, the 43-story building has sat dormant since the end of 2019. The project, which is being developed by Sharif el-Gamal of Soho Properties with Piero Lissoni as the interior designer, is located between Church Street and West Broadway and sits just to the north of the border with the Financial District.
