Gensler will appear before New York City’s Landmarks Preservation Commission on Thursday, August 6 with proposals to construct a three-floor penthouse addition atop a historic commercial building in Chelsea, Manhattan.
Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 373 East 183rd Street in Fordham Heights, The Bronx. Located at the corner of Webster Avenue and East 183rd Street, the lot is close to the 182nd-183rd Streets subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. New York City Housing Authority is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The amenity list for 220 Central Park South just landed a compelling addition. Jean Georges Vongerichten will manage a 54-seat, residents-only restaurant on the second floor of the Midtown residential skyscraper. The 67-story tower is designed by Robert A. M. Meanwhile, the structure’s central reinforced concrete core is climbing closer toward the top of the 11-story structure. Isay Weinfield collaborated with FORM4 Design Studio PLLC to design the residential property. Pizzarotti is in charge of the build, which is expected to yield a total of 25 condominiums.
