Four-Story, Five-Unit Residential Building Filed At 185 Devoe Street, Williamsburg
An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a four-story, five-unit residential building at 185 Devoe Street, in central Williamsburg. The project will measure 5,439 square feet and its residential units should average 720 square feet apiece. That means rental apartments are likely in the works. Dmitriy Shenker’s Brooklyn-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 24-foot-wide, 1,800-square-foot site is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits haven’t been filed. The Graham Avenue stop on the L train is around the block.
