Exterior work is continuing to wrap up on 291 Livingston Street, a 22-story hotel tower in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architect and developed by Aview Equities and Hello Living, the 189-foot-tall structure will yield 100 hotel rooms and a ground-floor beer garden. The property is located between Nevins Street to the east, Grove Place to the north, and Hanover Place to the west.

Exterior work is nearing the finish line on The Westly, a 20-story residential building at 251 West 91st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by ODA Architects and developed by Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, the structure will yield 52 residences in two- to five-bedroom layouts with sales and marketing led by Ryan Serhant of SERHANT. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 91st Street.

Construction has topped out on 72 York Street, an 11-story residential building in Jersey City‘s Paulus Hook Historic District. Designed by MVMK, the structure will yield 14 condominiums ranging from 800-square-foot one-bedroom units to 2,100-square-foot three-bedroom homes, as well as 880 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Residential amenities include private storage space for each unit. The property is located by the corner of York and Greene Streets, directly to the east of Jersey City’s main post office.
