Located at the intersection of Nostrand Avenue and Kosciuszko Street, the corner lot is one block north of the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Jack Gold under the NNRC Properties LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling marketing and sales for One Essex Crossing, which is approaching 50 percent sold.
