Located between 37th and 38th Avenues, the interior lot is a short walk to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Also nearby is the LIRR Flushing Main Street station. Lions Group NYC under the ZL Macedonia LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
