Also nearby is the Church Avenue station serviced by the B and Q trains. Nehalkumar Gandhi under the Church Avenue Capital LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located between Stuyvesant Avenue and Malcolm X Boulevard, the adjacent interior lots are three blocks west of the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. The site, which is alternately addressed 495 Dean Street and 664 Pacific Street, is located between Dean Street and Pacific Street, and directly across from Barclays Center.
