Developer Seeking Investment Partner For Red Hook Innovation Studios, Office Complex In Red Hook

In October 2014, YIMBY revealed renderings of a multi-block, nearly 1.2-million square-foot office complex at 68 Ferris Street, in Red Hook, and since then, the Milan, Italy-based developer Est4te Four has been assembling the properties for the development. 12-Story, 105-Unit Mixed-Use Building Rising At 470 Fourth Avenue, Gowanus

In 2014, YIMBY brought you new renderings of the 12-story, 105-unit mixed-use building planned at 470 4th Avenue/237 11th Street, in Gowanus, and now Brownstoner reports the building is four stories above ground, and rising. Adam America, Slate Property Group and Naveh Shuster Group are developing, while Aufgang Architects is designing. The project, located a block from subway stops for the F, G and R trains, will include 5,260 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and a 2017 completion date appears likely.
