NYC Housing Preservation and Development is creating 42 affordable residential units within the six-story, 52,850 square-foot building, and OCV Architects is designing. The restoration appears almost complete, and opening is likely in the coming months.

Moshe M. Friedman is the architect of record, and the site’s former two-story building was demolished in 2003.
