Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 28 Sylvaton Terrace in Rosebank, Staten Island. The site is a block from the island’s shore, but derelict warehouses mean the closest access is three blocks away at the Alice Austen House, and it is six blocks away from Clifton train station, serviced by the Staten Island Railway. Wulei Tang is responsible for the development.

Renderings Revealed & Permits Approved for 27-41 West Street aka Calyer Place, Greenpoint, Brooklyn

In 2006, there was a 10-alarm fire that destroyed the historic waterside Greenpoint Terminal Market. A few small buildings remained onsite before they were finally demolished in 2017. Now,  the site is cleared for development and Greenpoint is about to yield yet another major addition to New York City’s skyline, named Calyer Place, after the neighborhood street. Renderings have been released, revealing a scenic landscaped public esplanade overlooking the Manhattan skyline, along with five mixed-use structures populating the site. M&H Realty LLC is responsible for the development.

“Vitre” at 302 East 96th Street Officially Tops Out on the Upper East Side

Karl Fisher‘s most recent design has officially topped off in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Vitre, located at 302 East 96th Street stands 21 stories tall and will eventually contain 48 condominium residences. When fully complete, the structure will comprise a total 75,995 square feet including 2,185 square feet of ground floor retail area. The latest update comes from Tectonic.
