The site is located three blocks away from the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. The Flushing Avenue subway station in nine blocks away, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Jose Jorge is listed as responsible for the development.

    Art Deco-Inspired 30 East 29th Street Gets Ready to Rise in NoMad

    There’s a new skyscraper to look forward to in NoMad, Manhattan. Permits have been approved for the construction of the Rockefeller Group’s 639-foot-tall building at 30 East 29th Street. This news comes nearly four months after YIMBY obtained the building’s early renderings, with design by CetraRuddy.

    New Rendering, Façade Installation Half-Finished for 1050 Sixth Avenue, Midtown, Manhattan

    Progress is moving forward on a new rental building in the heart of Midtown. After topping out in November 2017, 1050 Sixth Avenue’s glass and façade installation have now reached halfway up. The 24-story building is rising half a block away from Bryant Park. Skyline Developers is responsible for the project.

    Construction on Edenwald YMCA Kicks Off Following City Approval, The Bronx

    The new Edenwald YMCA in The Bronx will officially move forward following full approval from the City Council, New York City Planning Commission, and the Department of Buildings. Located at 1250 East 229th Street, the development is expected to create over 100 temporary jobs in its construction phase, and another 100 permanent jobs once completed.
