Built in 2017 by developer CBSK Ironstate and designed by Goldstein, Hill & West, the structure yields 430 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect is a waitlist to fill one studio and one one-bedroom at 40 percent of the area median income (AMI) and one two-bedroom at 130 AMI, as well as future vacancies for residents ranging in eligible income from $23,863 to $198,250.
