Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 402 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Metropolitan Avenue and Marcy Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks west of the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the L and G trains. Mattone Investors under the 402 Metropolitan Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. According to the filing, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development is also involved with the project.

Located between Farragut Road and Glenwood Road, the interior lot is two blocks north of the Flatbush Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Lexis Lopez of Joint Capital Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
28 & 7‘s reinforced concrete superstructure is nearing the halfway mark at 322-326 Seventh Avenue, in Chelsea. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and developed by Klövern and GDS Development, the 12-story class-A office building has made swift progress since YIMBY’s last visit in November, when excavation and piling work had only recently begun. Triton Construction is in charge of building the structure, which is located at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and West 28th Street.
An unnamed developer has proposed an exterior restoration of a low-rise building at 134 Greenpoint Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The structure is located within the Greenpoint Historic District which will require strict approvals from the Landmarks Preservation Commission for any construction to commence.
