The affordable housing lottery has launched for 26-02 4th Street, a seven-story mixed-use residential building in Astoria, Queens. Designed by Gerald Caliendo Architects, the structure will yield 53,438 square feet and 46 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 14 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $49,715 to $192,400.
Construction has reached completion on the second phase of The Vantage Collection, a two-tower residential complex in Jersey City. Addressed as 1 Park View Avenue, the rectangular 44-story residential tower is an exact architectural twin of its adjacent sibling, 33 Park View Avenue, and the two are connected by a podium with 15,000 square feet of retail space. The complex as a whole is designed by S9 Architecture and developed by Fisher Organization, and yields 900 apartments. 1 Park View Avenue features 452 homes that range from studios to two-bedroom units, with the majority offering unobstructed views of the New York Harbor and year-round daylight exposure. The buildings sit on a full-block parcel bound by Park View Avenue to the north, Marin Boulevard to the east, South Cove to the south, and St. Peter’s Street to the west. Leasing has begun for both towers, and the gallery is located at 33 Park View Avenue.
Construction is wrapping up on Étage, a ten-story residential project at 176 East 82nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Alternately addressed as 1444 Third Avenue, the 25,300-square-foot building is designed by ODA and developed by Nexus Development and will yield 1,822 square feet of ground-floor retail space and nine units spread across 22,219 square feet of residential area. Each will have four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The property is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 82nd Street.

Designed by Magnusson Architecture And Planning and developed through a partnership between BRP Companies, Housing Preservation and Development, the Housing Development Corporation, and the Caribbean-American Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the structure will also yield 5,000 square feet of supplemental community space owned and operated by the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and Industry and 10,000 square feet of local retail. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 254 units for residents at 40 to 165 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $21,635 to $244,200.
