    160 Van Brunt Street

    PWR Debuts Office Conversion for Three-Story Factory at 160 Van Brunt Street, Red Hook

    The Daily News has renderings of the office conversion of the three-story former industrial facility at 160 Van Brunt Street, in Red Hook. The 98,650 square feet of new space is now up for lease, and PWR is the developer. The property was pick up for $21.5 million only last year.

    PMG’s 19-Story Condominium Project at 548 West 22nd Street Revealed

    Back in January, YIMBY brought you news of a 19-story, 26-unit condominium development at 548 West 22nd Street, in West Chelsea. Now, Curbed has the reveal for the project, which is being designed by Annabelle Selldorf. Property Market Group and Harch Group are expanding upon the existing four-story building, which will remain as the structure’s base.

    Three-Story, Two-Family Development on Staten Island’s Herbert Street

    Savo Realty Corp has filed applications for a three-story, two-family building measuring nearly 3,600 square feet at the vacant lot of 23 Herbert Street, in Prince’s Bay. Diffendale & Kubec is the architect of record, and Savo Realty had previously filed applications for similar structures at the adjacent lots 5, 11, and 17 Herbert Street, and 14 Holten Avenue.
