Located between Bushwick Avenue and Broadway, the lot is one block east of the Kosciuszko Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Michael Kandinovo of 40 Kossuth Place LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. Previous permits by Omni Build called for a 62-foot-tall building designed by Zproekt.
