Shared Equities Co. has filed applications for a seven-story, 24-unit mixed-use building measuring 19,824 square feet at the lots of 9-11 Cooper Street, in Inwood. Studio BLS Architects is designing, and the existing three-story townhouse was approved for demolition in March.

Late last year, YIMBY reported that a new seven-story and 42-unit building was coming to 38-11 31st Street in Long Island City, designed by Morali Architects. In February, YIMBY covered a similar filing for 36-27 31st Street by the same architect. And now we can reveal both of the buildings, thanks to renderings sent along by Morali.
YIMBY has the first look at a boxy six-story condo development in the works for a big vacant lot at 160 West Street, near the waterfront in Greenpoint. Permits filed in September promise 13 apartments spread across 16,198 square feet of residential space, but the developer, Saddle Rock Equities, claims the project will have 14 units split between 20,000 square feet.
