    Permits have been filed for the demolition of four small structures along Madison Avenue, between East 88th and 89th Street on the Upper East Side. Both 1228 and 1230 were single-story commercial buildings. 1232 and 1234 were four-story commercial and residential buildings. Real Estate Equities Corporation is responsible for the demolition.

    Permits have been filed for a new building at 799 Fort Washington Avenue, in the Met’s Cloisters Museum, in Fort Tyron Park, Fort George, Manhattan. The site is within the Cloister’s current site. The Dyckman Street Subway Station is nearby, serviced by the A trains. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is responsible for the development.

    Permits have been filed for a ten-story residential building at 3165 Villa Avenue in Bedford Park, of the Bronx. The site is five blocks away from two Bedford Park Boulevard Subway Stations, one serviced by the 4 trains, and the other by the B and D trains. Deergrow Developments is responsible for the project.

The project is a sibling to another development, 111 Clarkson Avenue, a nearly identical structure connected at the rear. Both are by the same developer, Seth Brown of Aspen Equities.
