The building will measure a total 14,630 square feet, including a 422 square-foot retail portion on the first floor, and full-floor units will measure 1,420 square feet. De-Jan Lu’s DJLU Architects is the applicant of record, and an existing three-story, multi-family residential building must first be demolished.
