Construction has wrapped up on 108 Chambers Street in Tribeca. The ground-up condominium project, now called “Tribeca Rogue,” is located on a narrow 1,963-square-foot lot at the corner of Church Street. All the scaffolding has now been removed and glass panels have replaced the orange construction netting found along the terrace railings. Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by Greystone Development, the reinforced concrete structure contains eight full-floor residences and one- to three- bedroom homes that begin at $2.95 million. Ryan Serhant of The Serhant Team is in charge of sales and marketing, which launched earlier this year.
Samaritan Daytop Village and Manatus Development Group recently broke ground on The Richard Pruss Wellness Center in the Mott Haven section of The Bronx. The community facility will provide outpatient treatment for substance use disorder, mental health services, care coordination, and also serve as a primary health clinic.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 269 Wallabout Street in South Williamsburg‘s Broadway Triangle, Brooklyn. Located between Union Avenue and Harrison Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the M and J trains. Rabsky Group is listed as the owner behind the applications, they are also responsible for the neighboring 1,146-unit residential development at 200 Harrison Avenue.
A lot of progress has been made on 368 Third Avenue in Kips Bay since YIMBY’s last visit in mid-June, when excavation was still ongoing for the 35-story mixed-use residential tower. Today, the reinforced concrete structure is approaching the halfway mark and is gaining increasing prominence over the surrounding neighborhood. The 388-foot-tall, 145,000-square-foot structure is located between East 26th Street and East 27th Street and is being designed by SLCE Architects. Minrav Development purchased the site from Continental Ventures and Itzhaki Acquisitions for $64 million. The development will yield 100 apartments, averaging around 1,110 square feet apiece.
This week, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill revealed fresh renderings of the new Walt Disney Headquarters at 4 Hudson Square in Lower Manhattan. The 22-story building will comprise 1.2 million square feet and is expected to break ground by 2022. Disney has partnered with Silverstein Properties to complete the new development.
