Permits have been filed for a six-story commercial hotel at 187 Cook Street, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This permit differs from a previous application filed in April 2016, proposing an office building designed by Charles Mallea’s M Architecture. The border with Bushwick is only two blocks away, and the site sits seven blocks away from the Morgan Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the L trains, and eight blocks away from the Flushing Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains.

The site is two blocks away from Van Siclen Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J and Z trains. The A and C trains are eight blocks away, at another Van Siclen Avenue Subway Station.
