Sales have launched at 108 Chambers Street, a ground-up condominium project in Tribeca. Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by Greystone Development, the building will contain eight full-floor residences and one- to three- bedroom homes that begin at $2.95 million. Ryan Serhant of The Serhant Team is in charge of sales and marketing for the reinforced concrete structure, which is now almost completely enclosed. The site will yield about 3,451 square feet of retail space that will occupy the first two floors and around 11,300 square feet of residential space above.
While New York City is composed of islands and intersected with rivers and marine throughways within every borough, city dwellers rarely embrace any aquatic entertainment within their own backyards. ONE°15, a new marina within the Brooklyn Bridge Park public waterfront, opened this month on the banks of Brooklyn Heights and aims to remind New Yorkers of an overlooked benefit of living within a coastal city. The marina is the first of its kind to open in New York City in more than 50 years.

Located between Jennings Street and Freeman Street, the interior lot is two blocks north of the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Construction has topped out at 41 Blue Slip, the second building to rise in the Greenpoint Landing master plan. The reinforced concrete structure now stands 40 stories above the waterfront development. Handel Architects is the designer while Park Tower Group and Brookfield Property Partners are its developers. L+M Development Partners is the third developer of the mega project, but was not involved with this building. The project stands to the south of 37 Blue Slip, the first building to be erected at the Greenpoint, Brooklyn construction site. The glass and metal façade is steadily rising on all sides.
