Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 1,800 square feet at the vacant lot 146-45 22nd Avenue, in southern Whitestone. Frank Petruso is designing, and the lot previously accommodated a three-story structure, sometime demolished over the last few decades.
Brownstoner has spotted schematics posted on-site at the vacant lot of 485 Union Street, in Gowanus, where a four-story, three-unit residential building measuring nearly 3,900 square feet is planned. The adjacent properties are also under ownership of Anthony Mannino, the developer, and AE Design Solution is designing. Per signage, completion is expected in June 2016.
Back in September, YIMBY reported on the first permit filings for a new 10-story residential building at 514 West 24th Street, which Roman and Williams is designing. Now, we can reveal the first drawings and floorplans for the project, which is under development by JDS, and will soon rise next to the recently-completed 508 West 24th Street.
