Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 1,800 square feet at the vacant lot 146-45 22nd Avenue, in southern Whitestone. Frank Petruso is designing, and the lot previously accommodated a three-story structure, sometime demolished over the last few decades.

The adjacent properties are also under ownership of Anthony Mannino, the developer, and AE Design Solution is designing. Per signage, completion is expected in June 2016.
