Horizon Construction Inc. has filed applications for a six-story, six-unit residential building at 449 Convent Avenue, in Hamilton Heights, five blocks north of the 145th Street stop on the A and C trains. The project will eventually rise on a vacant 18-foot-wide lot and will measure 5,874 square feet in total, boasting units averaging 979 square feet apiece.
