Revealed: 36-27 31st Street and 38-11 31st Street, Long Island City

Late last year, YIMBY reported that a new seven-story and 42-unit building was coming to 38-11 31st Street in Long Island City, designed by Morali Architects. In February, YIMBY covered a similar filing for 36-27 31st Street by the same architect. And now we can reveal both of the buildings, thanks to renderings sent along by Morali.

Revealed: Condos at 160 West Street in Greenpoint

YIMBY has the first look at a boxy six-story condo development in the works for a big vacant lot at 160 West Street, near the waterfront in Greenpoint. Permits filed in September promise 13 apartments spread across 16,198 square feet of residential space, but the developer, Saddle Rock Equities, claims the project will have 14 units split between 20,000 square feet.
